Pilot Wiz has been designed by GA pilots for GA pilots. It provides all of the basic conversions, calculations and key functions to keep you flying safely. It has most of the wizz wheel (E6B or CRP-1) functions. More importantly provides Weight and Balance, Fuel calculations, Holding Patterns, Crosswinds, Weather Decoding and Route Planning. It can also operate in most international units.

You also get the right to use the Mac Desktop Version.

If you fly, from student pilot to commercial, this app is for you. Try the free version, if you agree then buy the pro.

By far the best iPhone app for pilots. Ive used it almost every single day to get the latest metars and tafs. I know there are websites with the same info, but he has put almost everything you need in one place and makes quick checks of your area instant. If you use the free app half as much as I did, you should support this guy by buying this app! Only enhancement suggestions would be: radar by site (gps nearest maybe), afd data and diagrams with the ability to store "offline", and sectionals (like skyvector). But I realize those last two arent east additions. Otherwise, this is probably the most used app on my phone. Great job!

The Pro version is a nice upgrade and worth the $10, especially considering how cheap that is in airplane dollars and how much it can do. The best GA app available for the iPhone.

I was going to buy a new e6b calculator. This does everything an e6b does and more at a fraction of the cost.

Very nice app with a lot of information. The text/data fields are a bit small and hard to read, expandable fields or larger characters would be really nice.

PilotWizz Pro is good. I have had problems setting up a jet aircraft with the W&B but support is great and very responsive to the problems. I would love to see a more complicated add on for V-Speed calculation and runway requirements etc. It would take a lot of data input but would be worth it. The desktop version is good also. I really would like to see an iPad version. Thanks

Some bad moments

Your holds are wrong, backwards. It should be LH turns. RH turns always from the fix. Vor, NDB, intersections Not outbound away from the fix.

It crashes all the time. No support and weather does not update.
